Babies Everywhere

June 21st, 2010

Well it looks like the last brood of Eastern Bluebirds fledged and the male is getting the nestbox ready for the next potential mate. I saw an American Crow feeding two offspring around the cracked corn feeder the other day. At the office feeder I had a fledgling Carolina Chickadee checking out the selection of tidbits. We have had fledgling Tufted Titmouse showing up at all of the feeders. As well I have noticed Northern Cardinals just out of the nest hanging out at the feeder cam. Awesome time of the year.

Eastern Bluebird Update

We have another brood of Eastern Bluebirds in the nestbox. We have seen the parents bringing food and removing fecal sacs :-)
